Acabo de saber a a colega Gabriela Frazão de demitiu da sua função de colaboradora. É triste, mas parece-me que a única coisa a fazer é enviar-lhe um enorme beijo de agradecimento pelo seu trabalho e esperar que continue contactável, porque é, de facto, uma pessoa muito agradável e sem dúvida uma grande tradutora.

I knew through a mutual Friend that Gabriela had resigned from moderator and I could not believe it. I do not visit the fora as interveniently as some years ago, for lack of time.
BUT... I've met Graziela in person more than once, I know of her politeness for a fact, as well as of her good-manners, 'politics' in dealing with others' differences and her skills as an experienced translator.

Nobody is unreplaceable, however some are more than others, as everything else in Life. In this case, PROZ has much to loose, for Gabriela Frazão is a great Lady - INDEED.
Sorry to see you go, my dear Friend, but if you are it must have been for a very good reason. I shall remain at your disposal, as always.

I could hardly believe it when I was told last night of gabi's resignation... You, along with so many others met through ProZ, have been a part of my daily life for years now and it is, indeed, a big loss. I know your reasons and I think you're right: things have gone out of hand long ago and there is no need for one to put up to a certain kind of things....
You are a great person, a wonderful friend, a great translator. You have helped me out so many times....

I am very sorry to hear that Gabriela has resigned from moderator. she was doing a great job. She was always willing to help, to give her insight. Her contribution to ProZ was valuable and those, such as myself, who have benefited from her knowledge, will miss her terribly.
