Is there a setting to improve the visual distinction between Translated and Reviewed segments?

That little tiny green dot difference is an eye-killer. Finding not-yet-confirmed segments as Reviewer 1 in a large document is a literal pain.

Any setting/patch/hack/whatever to color code Translated and Reviewer 1-reviewed segments differently?

Like make Reviewed bright purple or something?

PS yes I know about sort-by-status, but sometimes it is important to see segments in the order that they appear in.

I don't think the colour can be changed, but some more visual distinction would be nice. It could be proposed at memoQ's Ideas site.

Finding such segments is easy with Ctrl+Shift+G, though.
