Buongiorno, da qualche tempo ho un dubbio e non saprei come risolverlo se non chiedere ai colleghi, quando mi trovo a tradurre per esempio un testo dall'inglese all'italiano, c'è un indirizzo ...... Dublin, Ireland.
Io traduco Ireland in Irlanda ovviamente, ma Dublin lo lascio in inglese; è corretto questo approccio?
Se ad esempio in un testo sempre in inglese, trovo un indirizzo in Francia, con Paris (in inglese), lo traduco come Parigi o lo lascio anche in questo c... See more

Non vedo motivi per non tradurre i nomi delle città se hanno un corrispettivo in italiano. In genere lascio l'indirizzo completamente in lingua originale e nel formato originale per evitare confusione ma traduco i nomi di Paesi, località e città, sempre se hanno un corrispettivo in italiano.
