I posted a message this morning asking for a glossary, but my message did not appear in the forums. I have to assume a moderator did not find it appropiate, but I wonder why. Is there a limitation on the amount of messages a member can post? Maybe if you\'re not platinum you cannot post a new thread? Could the moderator contact me if my message was not correct? or was is maybe just a cable problem and my message never got to proz?

I would be very thankful for any help,

strange but true Dec 13, 2002

How very strange that your message entitled \"wondering...\" has attracted more than double (22 vs. 53) the number of views as your original message relating to a \"civiele procedure\" glossary.

Is this some sort of confirmation that translators mainly consider terminology management to be a necessary evil. Worse, perhaps, than accounting...???

psychology Dec 13, 2002

No Chris,

I think it\'s just that kind of psychological trick which publicity specialists use all the time; a title like \'wondering ...\' is simply ideal to awaken our curiosity (others choose a title like \'sex, sex, sex\' to achieve the same effect).

Greetings,

Nikolaus
