My first experience with translation started in Costa Rica, where I have lived for 3 years and worked with linguistic consulting services on business, banking and immigration issues.

I have also had an extensive professional career in business management and corporate market, with over 15 years of experience in the tourism industry, as a general manager in the hospitality sector, and 3 years in the advertising department at IDG Communications.

I consider myself to have a natural talent for language learning and a special interest in multicultural environments, having visited more than thirty countries. Besides English and Spanish, I have an intermediate knowledge of Italian and Japanese.

In 2022, I have completed an EN-ES-PT translation studies exchange program at the University of Lisbon, which has enriched my professional background, allowing me to improve my work as a translator.

I have worked with academic translation at the Federal University of Paraná, and I am currently part of the language team at Ushuaia Solutions, where I have been learning and improving my skills, performing translation, proofreading, QA assurance, LSO, and editing in several fields, such as Marketing, Corporate Communication, HR, Technical, and Finance (EN-ES-PTBR).
