English to Portuguese: Quick change system for flexo printing plates
Source text - English This device allows to disassemble the sleeves holding mandrels without using the hoists. At the moment of the change the operator will action the pneumatic system which allows to keep the sleeves holding mandrel in horizontal position acting on the operator’s opposite side.
The operator will open with a very simple maneuver the plate holding support, and therefore will be in grade to extract the sleeve and change.
This system means a very important reduction of changing time.
With motorized movement, the printing deck moves backwards to disassembling position and the operator can perform the following operations:
• By means of a pneumatically blocking device the mandrel is held cantilevered on the operator’s opposite side.
• The fork of the transversal register is unlocked and rotates of 180° leaving free the extremity of the mandrel holding the disk and gear.
• At this point the gear can be extracted from the mandrel.
• The turret is then separated from the supporting slide and extracted from the mandrel, slitting on a strong cylindrical support.
• Arriving to the extremity of the support, the turret rotates leaving free the space necessary to remove the mandrel which is easily extracted.
• After assembling the new mandrel this sequence is reproduced in the opposite order and the printing deck is then ready for a new job.
Translation - Portuguese Este sistema permite desmontar os mandris que suportam as mangas porta-cliché sem necessidade de utilização dos guindastes. Na altura da mudança o operador activará o sistema pneumático que, actuando no lado oposto ao do operador, manterá os mandris que suportam as mangas na horizontal.
O operador abrirá com uma operação simples o suporte da manga, e procederá à extracção e mudança de manga porta-cliché.
Este sistema permite uma redução significativa no tempo de mudança de trabalhos.
Pelo sistema motorizado, o corpo de impressão recua para a posição de desmontagem e o operador pode realizar as seguintes operações:
• Carregando num botão acciona-se um dispositivo pneumático existente no lado oposto ao do operador que suporta o mandril de encaixe da manga
• O suporte móvel do lado do operador é desbloqueado e roda 180°. A manga fica assim desbloqueada e a engrenagem pode ser retirada. Após a introdução de nova manga e recolocação da engrenagem todas as peças regressam às suas posições originais.
• O suporte móvel é então separado do mandril deslizando pelas guias sendo encaixado num robusto suporte cilíndrico.
• Após atingir o limite do deslocamento, o suporte móvel roda deixando o espaço necessário para remover o mandril com facilidade.
• Após montagem de novo mandril esta sequência é reproduzida na ordem inversa e o grupo de impressão estará pronto para um novo trabalho.
