The ISC file is the translation file. The company wants me to export the translation file of ISC into Indesign file of INDD which contains images that I should switch their places after exporting process because of the nature of the target language.
The company wants me to submit the Indesign file and a pdf.
Please see the relevant Trados documentation on this topic - more precisely, check the File Formats Reference Guide, Chapter 6. It's in your Start menu and (if you have Trados 7) in: C:\Program Files\TRADOS\T7\Doc\English\FileFormatsRef_en.pdf
I understand you do have Trados AND InDesign installed on your computer?
If you still have questions regarding the process after reading the Guide, let us know.
HTH, Benjamin

TRADOS plug-in is a InDesign extension to pack the INDD in such a way that it can be translated by TRADOS and returned in a consistent form. With CS2 version the plug-in is not necessary anymore if the latest TRADOS version is used. But then, I dont think you need any TRADOS or TRADOS plug-in anyhow...
