Does anybody know what is going on with my Translation memory? It doesn't recognize as matches translation units I know for sure I have already translated.
Can anydody give me a hand here?
Any and all ideas are welcomed!

Full version? Mar 15, 2006

Hi,
maybe a naive question but just making sure - do you have a full version of Trados 6.5? (I am working on Wordfast and there is a shareware version limited to 500 TU so perhaps there is something similar with the Trados)

Check TM/Reorganize Mar 15, 2006

Hi,

Did you check that you use the correct TM? It sounds silly, but it can happen that you used another TM for another project, and forget to switch back to the correct TM.

If this is not the cas, try to reorganize your TM (in Workbench : File -> Reorganize).

Same problem but so far no solution Mar 16, 2006

Hi

I get the same problem from time to time, running a full version of Trados 6.5 and having made sure that the right TM is open and has been reorganised. Often the match will appear in the Trados-Window but will not be "copied" over into the segment in the word segment afer having opened the segment. So, if anybody has a suggestion, I too would be grateful.
