I created a new multiterm database, but when I work with Word I can't get Translator's Workbench to show me the terms in that particular database, although I have selected it. It does however highlight terms of other already existing databases, so I am a bit confused. What am I doing wrong?

...6.2?
Oct 28, 2005
Hi again,
Sorry, I should have stated that right away, it's 6.5
That's your Workbench version - there isn't a 6.5 version of MultiTerm. Assuming that you're using MTiX 6.2.x, you will need to set the Terminology Provider in the term recognition settings in Workbench, select the termbase there, and make sure that the direction is correct.
HTH, Ralf
