How do I get past Do you want to continue loading the plug-in to get Studio started?

I get this pop-up each time I launch SDL Trados Studio 2021:

Third party plug-ins Do you want to continue loading the plug-in?

Earlier I could click OK or Cancel (I think it was Cancel, so not continue loading the plug-in) and Studio opened.
But it does not work any more.

But it does not work any more.

It's this plug-in, PSTools2019:

It hardly works even to close from Task manager (End task), takes a very long time and I have to select multiple times to End task.

I've already checked the ProgramData folder, but I only have Kaleidoscope and ApSIC.Xbench.Agent there (no PSTools2019):

Remove and re-install Jul 29, 2021

Remove the plugin, launch Studio, and if it launches well after the uninstallation, re-install the plugin.

The app is not listed under Programs and features Jul 30, 2021

I have a lot of other apps listed there, but not this one.

And to first launch Studio is not possible anymore as I can't click away this pop-up (it worked before, not any longer).

Is there any other place to find this add-in so I can deactivate/delete it from there?

Using the Plugin management tool was the easiest way to solve this Jul 30, 2021

SDL Support gave me this link:

It was just to navigate to that folder and run the Plugin management tool externally from SDL Trados Studio. Then I could uninstall the app.
