What does "Term Change" status mean in TermStudio?

G'day everyone

I have a spreadsheet that is downloaded from TermStudio, and some of the terms are marked as "Term Change". My question is: should I use those terms like that, or should I NOT use those terms like that? In other words, if a term's status is marked as "Term Change", does that mean that the listed term is the old term or the new term?
