MOSCOW, November 13 (Itar-Tass) — The Federal Service for Supervision over Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications did not receive any official notifications from the administration of the websites Librusek and Rutracker that they deleted the banned information from their websites, deputy head of the Russian telecommunications watchdog Maxim Ksenzov told reporters on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the administrators of these websites are stating actively in the blogs and the press that all the illegal information was already deleted, he said.

A page of the popular file hosting service Rutracker was put on the register over the link to “the encyclopaedia of suicide”, and the online library Librusek – over an article about drugs. The internet encyclopaedia Lurkmore was also blocked before, but after the erasing of the illegal information and the notifying of the Russian telecommunications watchdog about the deleting the address of this internet resource was dropped off the blacklist.

Forty-one resources with the information about drugs, suicide and child’s pornography should be blocked, Ksenzov said. A total of 180 internet resources were put on the register. These are the websites, on which dangerous materials were found, but the owners of which still have some time for their deleting. It takes no less than three days from the moment the violations were found to the blocking of the website, Ksenzov noted.
