TMs for concurrent users

What TM server or cloud services do you recommend that would allow multiple freelance translators to connect to the same TM at the same time.

Our documentation tend to be fairly large and we are looking at ways to reduce translation time.

We are currently using trados 2007 but are open to other CAT tools as long we can still context translate using our existing bilingual ttx files.
Would also need support Dita and java properties files.
