5.1.2. 5.1.2. Demand that the Sublessee rectify, within the timeframe established by the Lessee, any violations stemming from the use of the Land Plot other than for its intended purpose and/or the use of the Land Plot in violation of its respective type of authorized use, as well as to stop the employment of methods of use resulting in its deterioration. That said, the Lessee shall be entitled to demand early termination of the present Agreement in cases of the use of the Land Plot other than for its intended purpose and/or in violation of its respective type of authorized use, as well as in the event of the employment of methods of use resulting in its deterioration. |
