English term

As substantially contemplated

English to Hebrew Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
The full sentence is:

What would the Hebrew term be?

Thanks, Doron

לפי כוונת הצדדים, לפי כוונתם המקורית

Before translating into Hebrew I deciphered this business-speak. Regulatory difficulties force a renegotiation of terms, but since a third party is responsible for the difficulties, the parties wish to continue their business relationship as they originally intended. Thus my translation.
