.......Die Hände fest vorm Gesicht, zucken die Schultern wie wild. Und er schluchzt! Der Taxifahrer ist irritiert und schaut ein wenig hab-dich-doch-nicht-so-mäßig in den Rückspiegel. Beim Hinausfahren auf die Kreuzung wirft er einen unmissverständlichen Seitenblick auf XXX ........ am Beifahrersitz.

Es bedeutet, dass aus Sicht des Kommentators die andere Person übertreibt oder sich übertrieben ziert und das lassen soll.
Mach mal kein Drama draus.
