Ich bin ein wenig unsicher, ob ich die nachstehende Zahlungsbedingung richtig verstanden habe und bitte um Hilfe.

... und weiter:

Verstehe ich das richtig als "bei Auftragserteilung"? Eigentlich fehlt ja die "Erteilung" als Wort, aber nur so ergibt es eigentlich einen Sinn, oder?
