remedies and reliefs
Absolutely baduk 100%.
trufa = remedy
sa'ad = relief
in a legal context.

Remedy. A legal order of preventing or redressing a wrong or enforcing a right.
Relief. Whatever a party to a Lawsuit asks the Court to do; dissolve the marriage, award support, enforce a prior court order, divide property, enjoin certain behavior, dismiss the Complaint of the other party.
Thus, remedy is a subset of relief. The difference may be subtle, but it exists.

: A very awkward literalism. I've never seen the phrase used that way in the hundreds of leases I've reviewed and drafted. A better usage would be "forms of relief and remedies". Non-lawyers should be very careful translating technical legal language.

medications and other forms of therapy
saadim could also be used for nursing care, but I think that in this case the meaning is wider, and is: all therapeutic means except for medications

solutions and legal aid
I´d translate trufot as solutions, but I´m not quite sure about it´s translation in this case
Peer comment(s):

Eynati
: neither solutions nor legal aid are the appropriate technical terms.

well, it was more of a guessing, anyways. i´m not familiar with these specific terms in hebrew

remedies
Those two words are synonyms (so also says the legal dictionary). If you wish to be more literal, you may use "relief" too.

Eynati
: Lawyers always use them as separate concepts/terms. See below.
