אחד מן העצבים הגדולים של הזרוע. הוא מתחיל בצוואר ויורד בצד הפנימי של הזרוע העליונה עד מאחורי המרפק. בזרוע הקדמית הוא מספק עצבים מוטוריים לשרירים; לאחר מכן הוא מסתעף לענפים רבים שמספקים את עור כף היד ואת האצבעות הרביעית והחמישית.
