P.S. You don't actually need the information that it was Monday, I guess :)

Then the year would be 2003

The Hebrew year=5763

Yes, it should be 11 June because you've changed the year.
So the correct (and final :)) date is
11th of Sivan, 5763 = Wed, 11 June 2003
י״א בְּסִיוָן תשנ״ג

Smantha was right so you can hand her the points of course,
and for the glossary's sake I didnt put it in the heading...
Since you wrote it's really TASHAG, not TASHNAG (no "noon") - it goes about 60 years backwards -
י"א בסיוון תשנ"ג
11th of Sivan, 5703 = 14 June 1943
You should really visit link below.

you are right. my mistake again...

Mon, 31 May 1993 ...
Another shift, if it's still needed...
Since I realize now you corrected to TASHSAG (with "samech"), not TASHAG (without it) or the original TASHNAG (with "noon")
it's much more contemporary:
י"א בְּסִיוָן תשס"ג =
11th of Sivan, 5763 = 11 June 2003
