Our version is allright if you mean the user either male or female (jūs - jautrūs). Moreover, the "sudedamajai daliai" is more correct in terms of rules of proper Lithuanian language. This version is also approved by the State Commission of Lithuanian Language.

If really plural for ingredients shall be used, even if it is not necessary in the Lithuanian translation, then the translation of the sentence shall be as follows:
Nenaudokite šio produkto, jei esate jautrūs jo sudedamosioms dalims.
