In compliance with articles 1073, 1074 and the other relevant and applicable provisions of the Commercial Code, I respectfully request that Your Honor order the preparation of a letter rogatory, so that it may be handled through the Ministry of Foreign Relations together with the competent Judicial Authority in the city of Nicosia, Cyprus, with the necessary inserts, so that in aid of the work of this Court, the personal notification of XXXX STUDIOS, LTD. through its legal representative may be carried out, expressly authorizing the mentioned authority to provide any document needed for carrying out that judicial action, among which include, without limitation, filings of change and clarification of domicile, authorizations, requests to issue localization notices to, among others, official agencies or private entities, etc.

It refers to an action taken due to the non-payment of fees for TV programs.
