Dutch term

fiscaal geruisloos voortzetten

Dutch to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
En weer zo'n lekker specifieke term.

Ik heb nu: "the tax-free transfer of funds from an existing insurance policy or savings account".
Maar dat is meer een omschrijving. Ik vraag me af of het eleganter kan, en of ik misschien ook moet proberen een versie van de term zelf te geven, as in: the such-and-such arrangement. But I'm struggling to come up with anything that doesn't just sound silly.

Any ideas? Once again: much indebted to all of you for your invaluable input over the past few days. It's exciting to exchange ideas and argue about nuance with such sharp minds.

For instance:

"Het geld moet binnen 6 maanden nadat de klant de hypotheekakte heeft ondertekend op de bankspaarrekening staan. Als een bestaande klant fiscaal geruisloos wil voortzetten, beginnen deze 6 maanden op de datum dat de klant de hypotheekvorm verandert."

"Bij een fiscaal geruisloze voortzetting is de ingangsdatum de dag dat X het bedrag ontvangt."

Whoops. Sorry. I've got about a million different examples, hang on. . .

You'll have to figure out how to work this into a nice sentence yourself, but this is how to translate "fiscaal geruisloos" into English.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: ""Tax-neutral" is a useful alternative to the more cumbersome "without tax consequences". Thank you!"
