Each client of the firm has a supervising partner. The partner should be someone in whom you have confidence and with whom you enjoy working. You are free to request a change of partner at any time.
Your work, or parts of it may be performed by other lawyers and legal assistants in the firm but will be supervised by the nominated partner. Such delegation may be for the purpose of involving lawyers or legal assistants with special expertise in a given area or for the purpose of providing services in the most efficient and timely basis. Whenever practicable, we will advise you of the names of those lawyers and legal assistants who work on your matters."

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please take this up with your principal lawyer.
