赋值:分配一个值
Value Assignment (value = 变量 assignment = 赋值) 也可省去 value.
A value assignment consists of a value reference (the name of the value), the type of the value, ::= (``is assigned the value''), and a valid value notation. A value reference must begin with a lower case letter, but otherwise has the same syntax as a type assignment.

Duty cycle:
Duty cycle is a welding equipment specification which defines the number of minutes, within a 10 minute period, during which a given welder can safely produce a particular welding current.
For example, a 150 amp. welder with a 30% duty cycle must be "rested" for at least 7 minutes after 3 minutes of continuous welding. (When you are paying an employee for welding, anything less than 100% duty wastes money.)
Failure to carefully observe duty cycle limitations can easily over stress a welder's power generation system contributing to premature welder failure. Many welders do not have internal protection systems that prevent this sort of over stress -- leaving the task to the owner or operator.

Hospital Resident Duty Hours Tracking System Application
Medical hospitals/Organizations require computer/web based system which maintains all the records related to residents duty hours. On July 1, 2003, the ACGME's (The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) is responsible for the Accreditation of post-MD medical training programs within the United States) new common duty hour standards became effective for all accredited residency programs. The goal is to set a minimum standard; individual RRCs may set more restrictive standards, as warranted by patient safety, resident education and resident wellbeing considerations in their discipline. Supervisors and Administrators of Medical Organizations/Hospitals need to track all Residents Duty Cycles hours and on this bases they want to generate reports for each resident's duty cycle.
