This is from a medical expense receipt, I'm not sure what it meant.. it's in the medical insurance part, by itself.

I am pretty sure that it should be 现金找零. Having translated many receipts myself, I understand that the scans are sometimes not clear. Either that or it is an OCR error (if you are given an OCR copy of the receipt). 找零 means change. Example, you are supposed to pay 80 RMB, but you pay 100 RMB in cash, so you get back 20 RMB cash as change. 现金找零 is thus 20 RMB. Hope this helps.
