A brand name would make sense here. However, I've been unable to find anything like this on the company's website (I can't name the company here, I'm afraid). My client wants the translation right now, so I feel I will just have to addd a Translator's Note and see what they say. I appreciate everyone's help here.

The full paragraph is 依照公司保证退两倍差价条款，聪明的消费者在XXX买东西真的最优惠。事调，确实，回顾总公司后又反应慢半拍，无形中造成营业利润的损失，例如人迹，无形中会造成一台一千至上万元差价的损失，使得聪明消费者可以购得最优惠的价格，甚至比市场后发价更低。这真是造成公司营业无形中利润的损失。
