The problem is, there's a problem with almost all suggestions! بطاقة عمل sounds like work permit, كارت شخصي like بطاقة شخصية etc. Besides, ID is commonly known as بطاقة شخصية (as far as I know), so there should be no confusion.

I think it's commonly understood and acceptable just to use "كرت" or "بطاقة" to refer to one's business card.
