Hi everyone,
I'm working on an Omani text where someone is interviewing an artist in the story.
I'm not sure what this verb اعدمت means in this context here. Any suggestions, please?
- كان لديكِ مشروع لوحات الريش، كنتِ ترسمين لوحات مُجردة، الريش والأجنحة، استعدتِ كل لوحاتكِ من المعارض واعدمتها، هكذا كتب النقاد منذ سنوات.
Thanks!

Executed/destroyed
I would choose executed because the writer chose to use a figurative expression which works perfectly if translated literally.
