Italian term
STRATEGICI E FINANZIARI DI FUNZIONE
Italian to English
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
remuneration policy
Heading in a Report on Remuneration. It follows the headings Sustainability and People Engagement. I know 'funzione' is 'function' or 'department' but can't pick up the meaning here.

Comment: "Phil's more detailed (since deleted) comments helped me to finally translate 'di funzione' in this instance as 'role-related'"

STRATEGIC AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
This seems to be a common phrase.

Discussion
I think you could be a little more concise in your translation - the Italian uses a lot of words to say not very much.
Maybe: "These are individual objectives focused on financial and operational performance, internal efficiency, and the managerial skills and level of responsibility involved in the role."
The reason I ask is that "funzione" can mean an individual or a department.
