As in "nutcase". Just to make it a bit stronger than μπουζουκόφιλος.

Note from asker:
Thank you for your help and input. My separate note to NL explains why I cannot agree with his answer, despite the fact that two other apparently Greek translators agreed with it. Although I, personally, would not write the answer in your way (because my translation has to be written in US English), I think your answer is on the right track, so I am going to select it as being the most helpful. |

a regular of bouzouki haunts
Hope this will do!
Note from asker:
Thank you for your help and input. However, I regret that I cannot agree with your answer because in the first line above the writer says, 'Γιατι εγώ τότε πριν ανοίξω τα μπουζούκια, ήμουνα εφτά μέρες την εβδομάδα στα μπουζούκια'. and then goes on to say, 'Δεν ήμουν «μπουζουκόβιος» που λένε.' If going to the bouzoukia seven days a week is not being 'a regular of bouzouki haunts', I can't imagine what is. |

In the specific context you would have to make some changes, I agree. What the narrator says is that you would find him in bouzouki haunts seven nights a week because he loved bouzouki music not because he was attracted to the places where bouzouki music was played and the environment associated with them (women, substances, etc). I hope this explanation helps with your eventual choice.
For example, you might say “not because I loved bouzouki haunts but because I was a true lover of bouzouki music”.
