I've found the document online, and it appears to be a translation from Polish. It's a logistics company in Poland advertising its services.
I'd normally expect to see something like Zollager, and Zollsicherung may be a mistake - perhaps a German native speaker can confirm this.

Zollsicherung does get a very small number of relevant hits, but most are from the 19th and early 20th centuries.
I'd normally expect to see something like Zollager, and Zollsicherung may be a mistake - perhaps a German native speaker can confirm this.
