@Matt The idea that the parents can put their trust (confianza) in the school — that parents can have confidence in the school — may well be one of the messages they want to convey with this slogan, but it's not necessarily the only one. "Crecer en confianza" is used in Spanish in the same sense as "grow in confidence" in English: gradually become more confident. They may want this to be understood as well, and it seems to me that people are more or less bound to get that message from the Spanish slogan. I think "crecer" refers to the children, though perhaps it might refer to the school as well. I'd be inclined to try to use something that leaves the potential multiple meanings open, and I personally think doing it literally as "Growing in confidence" is the best way to achieve that.
