I am not more nor less
The final effect is 'I am what I am', but this is a song which is playing with opposites. The idea here, I think, is that the singer is not building himself up, or breaking down. He isn't growing or shrinking. He isn't becoming something more or disintegrating into something less. To get the exact poetry is a challenge. Perhaps, I am not making more nor less of myself.
