контекст тут неважен; меня интересует, как можно передать подразумеваемый лубочный образ
мне сейчас приходит на ум только barbie-like, но, может, у кого-то есть ещё варианты?

glamourpuss
glamourpuss = a sexually attractive woman who wears decorative clothes and make-up so that she will be noticed
Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary
http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/british/glamourpu...
Это не
glamour girl = a fashionable, attractive young woman, especially a model or film star
Oxford Dictionary of English
http://www.answers.com/topic/glamour-girl-1
- что скорее синоним celebrity
Это именно "гламурное кисо" - ироничное слово для типа socialite невысокого пошиба
Примеры:
"A voluptuous middle-aged glamourpuss, it's as if Jessica Rabbit had scripted some gags and taken to the Edinburgh stage. The result is curiously effective. Yes, most of Coolidge's set is Hollywood bitchery that trades on her low-level celebrity. But there are laughs to be had, mainly at the dissonance between her acerbity and her – apologies if this sounds ungallant – bimbo-ish appearance"

"That's all about to change, though – forget the debonair glamourpuss Scarlett Johansson and start concentrating on the new tired and sweaty Scarlett Johansson, because she's been announced as the new face of Reebok"

Уточнение к пояснению:
Естественно, "socialite" надо было взять в кавычки
Хотел это сделать, да поспешил

Discussion
... So here comes this bimbo. Paris frigging Hilton ...
My preteen daughter (yeah, I am that old) watches tons of that crap on what we have rated as "kiddie" shows - Celina Gomez and such. At home, I call them all "carlas" - as in "Boy, this is one ugly carla" - by the name of that one that started out playing the little evil sister to two glamor dude stepbrothers and now has another show on Teen Nick or Disney -iCarly, is that it? A fine Carla she is too, whatever her real name is.
а мне нужно передать такое явление как ГЛАМУРНОЕ КИСО, с сопутствующей иронией :)
