French term

entier effet

French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) demand for repayment of debt
French legal document in which company A is demanding repayment of debt from Company B (which appears to have reassigned it to Company C)
The text reads "dans l'entier effet de l'inscription d'hypotheque conventionelle..."
Would "to the full extent" make sense here?

Full paragraph I'm not sure the full paragraph is helpful here, but anyway, here it is.

Could we have at least one full sentence please, and preferably those before and after it.
