En efecto, opino que podrías traducirlo como sugieres (aunque yo no usaría doble eñe, pero eso es cuestión de preferencias). Encontré esto en el urban dictionary, es un "diálogo" entre un gángster y otro sujeto. El lenguaje parece muy coloquial y un tanto incomprensible, sin embargo te deja un contexto diferente donde puedes deducir el significado de ¡no señooorrr!
