English translation: tent for readings and recitations

German term or phrase: Vorlesezelt
Any ideas on how to tackle this one?

This comes from a brochure for a trade show. The Vorlesezelt, in which authors can read their works out loud, is part of the show. I'm afraid that if I translate it "reading tent," it will just conjure up images of a reading room in a library, which is completely different..... Can't think of any other good ideas, though.

Would be grateful for any suggestions.

English translation:tent for readings and recitations
Explanation:
Friends and relatives might be invited into a home for a casual evening of reading aloud from books of literature or poetry, or for a recitation of some original work-in-progress. More well-known authors and poets might sometimes give public readings or recitations of their work (as public relations or, in James Whitcomb Riley's case, to supplement his income). These events, usually held in large auditoriums or theaters, sold out quickly.
