Any reference to a person at any time when the grant of an interest in, right overo, or licence to occupy the Premises woud, ***if made by that person***, be treated pursuant to paragraph 1 Schedule 1 of the VAT Act has having been made by any other person includes (where appropriate for VAT purposes) a reference to such other person and "the grant of an insterst in, right over, or licence to occupy" is to be construed in accordance with that paragraph.

Me quedo con "efectuado" en masculino, ya que lo que podría ser "made by that person" no es la referencia sino el otorgamiento de un interés, derecho, etc... ("grant of an interest in, right over...").
