The only meaning I can come up with is "insofar as", but I'd appreciate confirmation or otherwise.

"desde el punto y hora" is so much deadwood. "since" also your suggested "insofar" will do nicely.

Instead of "revealed" you might prefer "became evident" (or similar) to maintain the notion of "evidenciar" but IMO it is implicit in the meaning of the phrase...

BTW, "punto y hora" just refers to a point in time, not 2 things (place+time). IMO just another example of the Spanish fondness for repetition...
