Multilingual seasoned finance professional with 10+ years of experience in cross-border M&A transaction financial due diligence services for the U.S. and European clients contemplating acquisitions in Latin America in manufacturing, transaction processing, construction, capital goods, leasing, and consumer good sectors.

Approximately 70% of the project time is dedicated to the following:

(i) reading, analysis and translation of financial/operational policy manuals, quarterly/annual performance presentations/reports, and other records from Spanish or Portuguese into English

(ii) Q&A sessions with Company Management (CEO, CFO, Controller, COO, and Diretor of Sales), conducted in Spanish or Portuguese, to obtain detailed understanding of Company's business model/strategy, financial and operational peformance, financial position, key operational processes, and sales/distribution strategies.

(iii) detailed documention in English of the information obtained during Q&A sessions with Company Management (described in paragraph (ii))

(iv) serving as an interpreter (from/to English, French or Russian to/from Spanish or Portuguese) during conference calls/on-site meetings of Company Management with investors.
