Das REGARD -System und die Systemkomponenten sind gegen unbefugten Zugriff zu schützen (z. B. durch abschließbaren Schaltschrank).
Bei der Auslegung des Systems ist die Summe der Ansprechzeiten aller an der Alarmierungskette beteiligten Komponenten zu berücksichtigen (Transmitter Einstellzeiten t/t/t, Reaktionszeit Auswertesystem).
Der maximale Leitungswiderstand beim Betrieb von 3-Draht-Transmittern errechnet sich nach folgender Formel:
RL < (262 Ohm x 3,6 mA) / (PT / UT + 24 mA - 2 x 3,6 mA)

Viz:

Takže: Konfigurovatelnou hodnotu minima spodního rozsahu nastavte na >= 3,6 mA.

Pro opak se zřejmě používá spíš UPPER RANGE = HORNÍ ROZSAH (MĚŘENÍ)
