، فرآيندي است که نفتاي حاصل از پالايش نفت خام و يا ميعانات گازي، با عدد اکتان پائين را به محصولي مايع با درجه اکتان بالا بنام ريفرميت تبديل ميکند. با مخلوط کردن ريفرميت با بنزينهايي با کيفيت (عدد اکتان) پايينتر ميتوان به مخلوطي از بنزين با عدد اکتان بالاتر دست يافت و يا به طور مستقيم از ريفرميت به عنوان بنزين سوپر (با عدد اکتان) استفاده کرد. در اين فرآيند مولكولهاي هيدروکربني خوراک نفتا تغيير ساختار مييابند، يعني مولكولها از يك نوع به نوع ديگر تبديل ميشوند. برخي از مولكولها نيز به مولكولهاي کوچکتر شكسته ميشوند، در نتيجه هيدروکربنهاي موجود در محصول ريفرميت داراي اشكال پيچيدهتر و عدد اکتان بالاتري نسبت به خوراک خواهند بود.nطي فرآيند ريفرمينگ کاتاليزوري مهمترين محصول فرعي که توليد ميشود گاز هيدروژن است که مقدار قابل ملاحظهاي دارد و از آن هم در فرآيند ريفرمينگ به صورت مخلوط با خوراک و هم در بخشهاي ديگر پالايش مانند تصفيه هيدروژني خوراک براي زدودن ناخالصيهاي خوراک مخصوصا گوگرد، استفاده ميشود. همچنين مقدار کمي نيز بوتان، پروپان، اتان و متان به عنوان محصولات فرعي توليد ميشوند.
Translation - English Catalytic Reforming
Catalytic Reforming process is the process of refining crude oil or condensate, with lower octane grade and made a liquid with high octane grade, is a product called reformats. By mixing reformat with fuel in less quality we could gain a gasoline with high quality or we could use reformat directly as a super gasoline(with octane number).in this process the hydrocarbon molecules of naphtha feeding will be changed, it means that the molecules will be converted from one type to another. Some of the molecules are broken down into smaller pieces; therefore the hydrocarbons which are present in reformat will contain more complex forms and the high octane number than what the feeding has. During catalyst reforming process the most important byproduct which is producing will be hydrogen gas which has a considerable amount and then It will be used in reforming process in mixture by feed and also it will be used in another sectors such as refining and purifying the hydrogen feed to remove impurities, especially sulfur feed, and also The small amount of butane, propane, ethane and methane are produced as byproducts.
