Guten Morgen,
eine Frage bzgl. der Übersetzung einer Studie steuerrechtlicher Auswirkungen: Meine Version scheint mir nicht recht schlüssig, bzw. mir kommt die Redewendung etwas unüblich vor. Hat jemand einen besseren Vorschlag?

Original:
[De acuerdo con ello, la exención en el impuesto sobre el patrimonio será proporcional al nivel de afectación, tal y como prevé el último párrafo del artículo 4.Ocho.Dos del impuesto sobre Patrimonio.]
SIEMPRE CON ESE ALCANCE OBJETIVO, sería de aplicación tanto la reducción estatal que para el Impuesto sobre Sucesiones y Donaciones prevé el artículo 20.6 de la Ley 29/1987 como la presunción de inexistencia de ganancia o pérdida patrimonial que establece el La Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas.

VORAUSGESETZT,DIESES ZIEL WIRD ERREICHT, wären sowohl der in Paragraph 20.6 des Gesetzes 29/1987 zur Erbschafts- und Schenkungssteuer vorgesehene staatliche Rabatt wie auch die Vermutung des Nichtvorliegens von Vermögensgewinnen oder -verlusten laut Gesetz über die Einkommenssteuer natürlicher Personen zutreffend.
