Modificherei tutta la sintassi: "No... non è per via della ristrutturazione... è che ne abbiamo parlato così tanto e con così tanta gente che non ricordo più cosa ho detto a chi/a chi ho detto cosa", o simili.

Modificherei tutta la sintassi: "No... non è per via della ristrutturazione... è che ne abbiamo parlato così tanto e con così tanta gente che non ricordo più cosa ho detto a chi/a chi ho detto cosa", o simili.

Io lo renderei in questi modi, restando fedele al testo fonte ma al contempo rendendolo con un linguaggio più colorito, visto il contesto.
