The word “Owner” as used herein shall mean not only the original Owner named in the first paragraph of this instrument but also all future owners of the Land, the word “Sublessee” as used herein shall mean not only _________________, the original Sublessee named in the first paragraph of this Agreement, but also all future holders of the Sublessee’s leasehold estate under the Sublease.

Da es hier um einen Pachtvertrag nach Erbbaurecht geht, bei dem es einen Eigentümer des Grundstücks, einen Eigentümer des darauf errichteten Gebäudes, der das Grundstück nur pachtet handelt und halt immer nur von Pacht die Rede ist, frage ich mich natürlich, ob man dann einfach Sublease mit Untervermietung bezeichnen kann, denn Unterpacht oder Teilpacht oder ähnliches, gibt es das?
