Off topic: HOW TO add subtitle file into video permanently ?

I'm facing this issue very bitterly, Any body can give me a solution? I have subtitle file and video and I want to attach this subtitle file permanently when I send this file to someone and third party can use video with subtitle without any attaching file.

VirtualDub Subtitler filter/plugin Jun 15, 2017

I have been using the VirtualDub Subtitler (by Lee Avery) filter/plugin for many years.

It's all at http://virtualdub.org/ , and VirtualDub is free.

Other options are:
- Any Video Converter
- AVS4YOU
- HandBrake (I haven't used this one)
